Return Policy

Summer and Fall 2024 Return Policy – Textbook/Course Materials

      * All Textbook/Course Material returns must have the original receipt or online packing slip.

      * Summer 1 TTU Returns must be returned by 5 pm on 5/30/24.

      * Summer Law Returns must be returned by 5 pm on 6/4/24.

      * Summer 2 TTU Returns must be returned by 5 pm on 7/3/24.

      *  Fall Law Returns must be returned by 5 pm on 8/19/24 (unless a schedule change is provided). 

      *  Fall TTU Returns must be returned by 5 pm on 8/27/24.  No exceptions.

     *  After the above dates, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

     * Digital Course Materials (E-Books, Access Codes and bundles with codes), will have an additional return fee ($2.99) associated with each digital item being returned.

     * Any item that is shrink-wrapped, must be returned in its original packaging.  If it isn't returned in the original packaging, Varsity Books Lubbock will refund the item by using the used buyback cost at the time of the return.
